Welcome to Light House Yoga Retreats - a sanctuary by the sea for anyone carrying the weight of a busy life.

 

When your days are filled with to-do lists, constant demands, and the pressure to always be ‘on,’ it’s easy to lose your sense of balance. That’s why we’ve created a space where you can pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you join us for a day, a weekend, or longer, our retreats offer a powerful reset. Through grounding yoga, restorative breathwork, guided meditation, and time by the sea, you’ll return to the natural flow of energy that’s already within you.
