There’s a lot of talk about breathwork – but what is it, really?
Learn how to use your breath to feel calmer, clearer and more connected - all before lunch.
What to Expect
This morning session will run from 8am to 10.30am and is designed to demystify breathwork and give you tools you can use right away.
You'll learn:

How the breath affects your nervous system

Simple techniques to ease stress and anxiety

How to bring conscious breathing into your everyday life
We’ll then guide you through a gentle, breath-led yoga session to help you integrate what you’ve learned through mindful movement.
Afterwards, stay for a delicious vegetarian/vegan breakfast buffet, connect with like-minded others, and soak in the calm.



Who Is This Session For?
This session is open to all levels, whether you're new to breathwork and yoga or have years of experience. This session is designed to teach you about different breathwork modalities that you can take home with you. These can help you manage stress and regulate your nervous system.
About the teacher
Our co-founder Luke Forest will be guiding you through the breathwork and yoga. Luke has over 1000 training hours in India and has years of experience teaching yoga and leading retreats. Luke also runs breathwork sessions for companies including M&S.

📍 Venue: Our beautiful, light-filled retreat space overlooking the sea in St Leonards-on-Sea in The Bank Hotel, 28-29 Grand Parade, St Leonards-on-Sea, TN37 6DR.
⏰ Time: 8 AM – 10.30 AM
🍽️ Includes: Breathwork sessions, yoga class and a nourishing buffet breakfast.

How to Get Here
St Leonards Warrior Square is well connected by train and the retreat venue is a short walk from St Leonards Warrior Square Station, and there is free on-street parking available nearby for those driving.
