Who Is This Retreat For?
This retreat is for anyone feeling the pull to release, reset, and realign. If you're ready to let go of what’s been holding you back and step into a more empowered, intentional version of yourself, this weekend is for you. Whether you’re seeking clarity, navigating change, or simply craving space to breathe and reflect, Breathe & Bloom offers a nurturing environment to support your transformation.
No experience with yoga, breathwork, or manifestation practices is needed — just come as you are, with an open heart and a curiosity for what’s possible.
Can I Come On My Own?
Yes of course, and in fact most people come to our retreats by themselves. These types of retreat are designed to give you the space and time you need for yourself. Throughout the day our guests get to know each other and form connections. Nothing is forced and whether you are an extrovert or introvert you will find your place.
Why not stay the night or make a weekend of it?
We have arranged a special discount with The Bank Hotel for retreat guests and they have beautiful rooms overlooking the sea, so if you want to treat yourself to a night away before or after the retreat or visit for the weekend with some friends or family and enjoy all St Leonards-on-Sea has to offer, please email us and we can help you with accommodation and local recommendations.
Do I Have To Have Yoga Experience?
Whilst our retreats are "yoga inspired", and we we offer yoga sessions as part of the retreat, many people who attend have limited or no yoga experience, whilst some practice regularly. Our instructors have hundreds, to thousands of hours of training and a wealth of experience of teaching classes, as well as hosting retreats and teaching one to one. They are able to guide students at all levels through their yoga practice at the retreat. Our retreats are safe spaces and are designed to ensure that YOU get what you need from them. You will never be forced to do anything that does not feel comfortable. If you are an experienced yogi, we can offer something challenging, but if you are unexperienced or haven't practiced in a while, we can help you take it at your own pace, even if that means spending a bit more time in "savasana", also known as "corpse pose", which is a yoga pose that involves lying on your back and relaxing!
