Reconnect, Recharge & Breathe by the Sea

Join us for a transformative day of breathwork, movement, and mindfulness at our Breathe & Flow Retreat. Held in our stunning space overlooking the sea in St Leonards-on-Sea, this retreat is designed to help you harness the power of breath, move with intention, and find deep relaxation.

What to Expect

This full-day retreat (10 AM – 5 PM) will immerse you in a carefully curated experience that blends breathwork, yoga, movement, creativity, and nature. Whether you're looking to relieve stress, deepen your yoga practice, or explore new breathwork techniques, this retreat will provide tools you can carry into everyday life.

  • Guided Breathwork Sessions – Learn powerful breath techniques to support relaxation, focus, and energy levels.

  • Dynamic Morning Yoga – Flow through an energising practice that connects movement and breath.

  • Slow & Restorative Yoga – An afternoon session focusing on deep relaxation, breath awareness, and gentle movement.

  • Mindful Seafront Walk – Connect with nature as we take a breath-focused, meditative walk along the coastline.

  • Creative Expression Session – A space for reflection and creativity, designed to deepen your connection to the breath.

  • Nourishing Plant-Based Lunch – Enjoy a wholesome, delicious meal to replenish and nourish the body.

  • Community & Connection – A welcoming space to share experiences and relax with like-minded individuals.

Who Is This Retreat For?

This retreat is open to all levels, whether you're new to breathwork and yoga or have years of experience. Our knowledgeable teachers can tailor each element to suit all levels. If you're looking to slow down, reset, and explore the power of your breath, this retreat is for you.  This retreat is also designed to teach you about different breathwork modalities that you can take home with you. These can help you manage stress and regulate  your nervous system.

Can I Come On My Own?

Yes of course, and in fact most people come to our retreats by themselves. These types of retreat are designed to give you the space and time you need for yourself. Throughout the day our guests get to know each other and form connections. Nothing is forced and whether you are an extrovert or introvert you will find your place.

Do I Have To Have Yoga Experience?

Whilst our retreats are "yoga inspired", and we we offer yoga sessions as part of the retreat, many people who attend have limited or no yoga experience, whilst some practice regularly.  Our instructors have hundreds, to thousands of hours of training and a wealth of experience of teaching classes, as well as hosting retreats and teaching one to one. They are able to guide students at all levels through their yoga practice at the retreat.  Our retreats are safe spaces and are designed to ensure that YOU get what you need from them. You will never be forced to do anything that does not feel comfortable. If you are an experienced yogi, we can offer something challenging, but if you are unexperienced or haven't practiced in a while, we can help you take it at your own pace, even if that means spending a bit more time in "savasana", also known as "corpse pose", which is a yoga pose that involves lying on your back and relaxing!
